July 1999: I participated in an Outward Bound course.
May-August 2001: I worked as a camp counselor for Adventure Pursuits/Colorado Mountain Camps in Steamboat Springs.
August 2001-June 2003: Worked for Midway Youth Shelter in Greeley, CO.
August 2000-May 2003: Volunteered and completed a practicum for Special Olympics.
January 2003-May 2003: Completed a practicum and research project for A Women's Place. A Women's Place is a local shelter in Greeley, CO for women who are victims of domestic violence.
May 2003: Graduated with a BA in Sociology and a minor in Recreation from UNC.
February 2005-Present: I work at a residential treatement center for 5-12 year olds. The residential treatment center is part of North Range Behavioral Health.
